Work within the Studio Mastering & Content Operations Localization team to support the NBCUniversal Feature and Television Localization processes and Home Entertainment and TV Distribution operations. Will need to interpret instructions and administer orders to create appropriate file-based masters, list elements, place localization mastering orders, meet deadlines, and track project workflow status
Monitor language creation requests so that purchase orders (POs) can be raised.
Will be responsible for PO creation and invoice reconciliation.
Manage escalations from clients in a timely manner, ensuring that issues are handled and directed to the right sources as needed.
Will be required to investigate outstanding invoice inquiries in a timely fashion and reprioritize as directed.
Will work in multiple systems to create and manage orders.
May be asked to assist on other assignments across the team pending bandwidth or may be asked to pivot pending business decisions.
Knowledge of post-production process as well as audio and video formats and technical specifications required
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Web Based Application proficiency required.
Detail oriented
Effectively manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with foreign language localization preferred
Xytech Media Pulse, SAP, and SNAP experience preferred
Educational degree preferred
