Description We are in search of a SAP Data Reporting Analyst to join our team in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our reporting and analytics solutions, collaborating with various business units to define key performance indicators (KPIs), and developing comprehensive reporting strategies that align with our business objectives. You will also be expected to use your skills in SAP HANA, Power BI, and Microsoft Power BI to optimize our reporting capabilities.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize advanced statistical techniques to analyze data from various systems and generate insights that inform decision-making.
• Work with different business units to identify, define, and consolidate key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that drive business performance.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive reporting strategy that aligns with business goals and enhances data-driven decision-making across the company.
• Define future state technology solutions to enhance reporting capabilities and support long-term reporting strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and management to assess business needs and ensure reporting solutions meet organization objectives.
• Support the testing phase of reporting solutions, identifying and addressing any blockers to ensure successful implementation.
• Optimize reporting solutions utilizing various SAP reports and other BI tools with a focus on automation.
• Maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration across departments for reporting and analytics needs.
• Demonstrate excellent computer skills with the ability to run reports and complete analysis.
• Manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and meeting deadlines. Requirements • Proven experience as a SAP Data Reporting Analyst, with at least 5 years in a similar role
• Proficient in using SAP HANA for data management and reporting
• Demonstrable proficiency in Power BI for data visualization
• Experience in using Microsoft Power BI for creating interactive dashboards
• Excellent analytical abilities to understand and interpret data
• Strong problem-solving skills to address data-related issues
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to present data findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with other departments
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
