　　About the role

　　As a product owner, you will be a key member of the CRM Salesforce agile team working to deliver contact center capabilities that provide efficiencies for our customer service reps and support a simple and seamless customer experience. You will represent the voice of our customer service teams across multiple lines of business and work closely with the product manager to achieve defined outcomes and key results.

　　What you'll do in this role

　　Represent the product vision and business problems to be solved to the delivery teamOwn and maintain the product backlog, convert business problem statements to user storiesOwn the 90-day plan and updates regularlyPrioritize backlog based on business value and agreement from stakeholders; evaluate each feature to ensure it aligns to product outcomes and key resultsCommunicate with and advise business partners on progress of solution deliverySet the acceptance criteria for each user story/feature, refine user stories, and accept completed storiesWork to remove impediments, participate in regular scrum team meetings and stand-ups, provide guidance and clarification on user storiesPossess and provide authoritative knowledge on system being developed and communicate impact of changeEnsure quality of features through facilitation and/or completion of user acceptance testing throughout the development processWork closely with CRM success manager on change management activities and production support process and prioritizationSupport adoption of the CRM system and works to identify system improvements

　　Salary Range: $97,400. - $ 162,400 plus eligibility for annual bonus program

　　Your experience and skills

　　5+ years' experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst representing business needs and priorities to a technology team2+ years' experience working as a member of an agile team on product execution2+ years' experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Financial Services Cloud2+ years' experience working Salesforce Service Cloud Voice with Amazon ConnectAbility to take abstract and ambiguous information and organize into meaningful facts for business partners to understandExcellent communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with technical and business teams and executive managementStrong negotiation and consensus building skills when dealing with internal customers, stakeholders and, team membersAbility to deal with the ambiguity associated with working in a fast paced and changing environment Can foster a collaborative working environment and builds trust with others
