Salesforce Technical Director
As a Salesforce Technical Director, you will provide thought leadership and support in growing and cultivating our Salesforce delivery practice. You will act as a trusted advisor for our clients, some of the world's top brands, and lead major strategic initiatives from beginning to end. You will be a thought leader and actively be involved in recruiting and retaining future technical leaders for the practice.

Your Impact:
Client account portfolio management Ownership of all related roadmaps and active projects Accountable for successful Salesforce solutions to achieve or exceed client objectives Review and provide value-added feedback on Architect solution designs Develop and maintain senior technical client relationships Mitigate key account/project technical risks and issues Provide project team guidance and performance management, particularly for architects and technical leads Translate business/technical requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform Write and/or review Statements of Work Proactive, appropriate internal executive status communication and escalation Pre-Sales Scoping, Solutioning, and Estimation Lead prospect discovery sessions to identify high level business opportunities and requirements Create architectural diagrams and documentation to convey proposed solutions Propose Salesforce architectural solutions to address client requirements and business objectives Estimate level of effort, schedules and resources needed to implement solutions Communicate and respond to prospect questions regarding Publicis Sapient Salesforce services and differentiators Establish and document standards and best practices for technical services, such as: design templates; code standards; deployment processes; integration/migration planning Coach/mentor 5+ technical team members Engage offshore team members Assist with practice administration including resource allocation, career development of staff, and other people management decisions Manage both direct reports and project team member performance, with both real time and formal feedback
Qualifications
Level: Senior Manager/Associate Director
Pay Range: $180,000 - 210,000 (Flexible on salary depending on overall experience)
The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. The actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and the specific skillset required for the work itself.
