What You Will Do
In this role, you would have great exposure to all the different divisions of Stryker. Because of this, you would collaborate regularly with internal functional groups, external lending partners, a third-party billing agent (Bank of the West), as well as the Stryker sales teams across the organization. You would be instrumental in maintaining a healthy portfolio for the Bank of the West agreements. This includes hosting a bi-weekly call with Bank of the West to discuss open items and various issues, as well as managing the Stryker and Bank of the West relationship overall.This role will also be responsible for auditing and booking agreements that will be billed and collected on by Bank of the West once they have commenced. This includes reviewing of financing documents, pricing, and general data that rolls into the booking files. Troubleshooting will be done as needed when questions arise during the audit process.As Flex continues to grow, it is imperative that you are the key driver in strategizing with the Stryker sales teams, external lending partners, and external customers to resolve delinquencies and past due agreements. Monthly calls will be held with Bank of the West and our seven VPA lenders to discuss and resolve agreements that are past due. In this role, you would research payments that were sent to other divisions by customers in error. This will include researching payment transactions, balancing intercompany transfers with other divisions, and possible account reconciliations to ensure payments are correctly applied. This will require the ability to analyze and resolve unique situations requiring little to no guidance.Successful candidate will possess the following skills of being an effective communicator; able to translate complicated scenarios into an easier to understand synopsis. The ability to take ownership of other task and duties assigned.
What You Need
Bachelor's Degree required. Preferred concentration in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.0+ years general accounting, reconciliation, finance or related experienceMust be able to review printed materialsMust be able to create, improve, and execute on standard processes and procedures.Must be able to analyze and resolve non-routine accounting issues using independent judgmentMicrosoft Office proficient, including Excel, Word, Access & OutlookSAP experience preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPassion for producing quality work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
$51,300- $99,200 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
