Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Sales Support Administrator in support of our enterprise networking and cloud solutions client based in Chicago, IL.Summary:As a Sales Support Administrator, you will support the Meraki sales team by bridging the gap between this Company and Meraki's sales platforms and be at the forefront of day-to-day problem solving for internal sales requests.Responsibilities:
Sales Support Administrator will route deals to appropriate owners to optimize sales operations
Match Meraki's existing customer and reseller database to that of the company
Analyze and assign cases in accordance with sales rules
Conduct end-customer research
As a Sales Support Administrator, you will review and verify applications from partners
Work cross-functionally with teams to respond to critical sales issues
Strong organization skills coupled with the ability to multitask
Capable of working in a high energy and deal volume environment
Comfortable working to deadlines
Meticulous attention to detail
Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Outstanding written and verbal skills, computer proficient
Curious about the why's and how's of the operational aspects of sales
An ambitious, quick learner who wants to continuously self-improve

Desired requirements (nice to haves):
University degree
Salesforce experience
Experience in Sales Support or data entry position
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
