  As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in growing market share for our Sage Products, through Direct and Indirect Channel partnerships in the Benelux region.

  Your key responsibilities:

  In your new role, you will start with a familiarization phase with product trainings to learn about the product portfolio and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.You will be developing and executing business plans to maximize sales. You will implement strategies in the sales process and conduct negotiations with hospital entities including administration departments, purchasing units, healthcare professionals, etc.You will identify, analyze and prospect new customers, while providing ongoing service to existing customers.You will provide recommendation and assistance to distributor partners in creating sales opportunities within the market.With the product knowledge you have built up, you will advise and train customers through demonstrations, workshops, etc.Further, you will support in contractual preparation and be a reliable partner for our customers during order follow-up for a timely delivery date and thus a high level of customer satisfaction.You will prepare sales forecasts and you will report to the Regional Sales Manager on account, market developments, etc.You will participate in congresses, seminars to meet potential new customers and to expand your knowledge for customer contact.

  What do you need?

  You already have gained +3 years of successful sales experience, preferably within medical devices or pharmaceutical industries.Indirect Channel experience would be a plus - not a must.You hold a diploma/degree in fields such as Business Administration, Healthcare, Life Sciences or in any other relevant areas.You have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in Dutch and English (C1 level) is required.You hold a valid driver's license as this position involves customer visits in the region.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
