The Opportunity: Join BAE Systems' Intelligence and Security Sector and be part of a diverse and enthusiastic team who supports the U.S Navy's Strategic System Program (SSP). We are searching for a RPA BOT Administrator to support the Software Solutions Team manage, develop, and deploy BOTs. This hybrid position requires at least 50% of pay period hours in the office (3 days one week/2 days one week).
The Role: As a RPA BOT Administrator you will analyze and gather requirements, develop and implement the strategy to automate repetitive tasks and manual processes, and document the relationship of that automation to connecting systems and regulations. You will be directly involved in fulfilling software solutions from design to implementation across the SSP domain (IT, Finance, HR, etc.).
Responsibilities:Work with diverse teams to gather, analyze, and identify problems to then create solutions that result in improved, secure and stable servicesCollaborate with customer/functional representatives and technical personnel to clarify requirements and gain feedback on solutions.Deploy the array of RPA components (bots, robots, dev and logging tools, code repositories)Utilize UiPath Robotics Process Automation (RPA) software to develop and support solutions that meet end user needs across the organization.Conduct code reviews and administers the policy for promoting bots through dev, test, and prod environmentsDraft end-user documentationArchitect and develop workflow-based solutions that address problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platformsMonitor and measure the effectiveness of automations and troubleshoot, as neededResearch, test, build, and coordinate the conversion and/or integration of new products based on client requirementsAssist in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages, application integration and testing tools that can enhance RPA BOT developmentPrepare and execute tests for application validation.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
BAE has found that success in this position requires:Ability to meet the requirements for an IAT II as specified in the DoD 8570 (all) or have the ability to meet the requirements for an IAT II as specified in the DoD 8570 within 6 months of start date AND have a SECNAV 5239 qualifying degree (BAE employees only)At least 50% of pay period hours in the office (three days one week/two days one week).Ability to obtain and maintain Common Access Card (CAC) along with badge access to the customer's facility, and to obtain and maintain a network account in good standing on the customer's networkAt least eight years of experience in lieu of degree with five years-experience RPA BOTs administration/developmentExperience in RPA software development using platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Microsoft Power AutomateGeneral programming tools, techniques, and IDE's (e.g. VS Code, Eclipse, Oracle, version control Git, APIs, performance analysis, static analysis, security checks, Fortify, automated test frameworks, linting, code complexity analysis, Jira etc.Formal training or certification on all aspects of RPA bot development and implementationFamiliarity with databases like MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, NoSQL, etc.Experience in SQL scriptingAbility to follow design and coding standards and best practicesAbility to write secure code that is error free and to identify and improve code when neededExperience or familiarity programming in R, Matlab, Java, Python, C, C++, C#, VB, or .NETAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with partners and government officialsProficiency in gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements, translating them into technical specificationsFamiliarity with IT systems and technologies, software applications, and infrastructure, to understand technical feasibility and constraintsStrong analytical and critical-thinking skills to identify issues, analyze data, and develop solutions to business problemsAbility to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $89650 - $152460
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
