Position SummaryRBCI is seeking a Risk Manager to support the Enterprise Supply Chain and VA Logistics Redesign Program Management Office (VALOR) in Washington, DC. The Risk Manager shall be responsible for the tasks and deliverables related to implementing risk management processes using JIRA for the VALOR program support contract. The focus is on identifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure project success.
This position is contingent upon contract award.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe essential and specific functions include but are not limited to the following:
Assist in tracking and monitoring project risks and assess their potential impact on the program.Assist in managing meetings within VALOR and coordinating responses to Enterprise Risk entities including but not limited to: VA, VHA, VBA, NCAAssist in Implementing risk mitigation and contingency plans and tracking progress using JIRA.Create tutorial materials and hold monthly tutorial sessions for VALOR staff on utilizing JIRA for risk management activities shall be provided.Conduct regular risk review meetings to stay proactive in risk handling and shall be done bi-weekly.Update the risk management plan as new risks emerge or existing ones evolve.Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related fieldMinimum 10 years' experienceExperience developing and administering risk management, including risk identification, risk transfer and risk mitigation measures and techniques.Experiencecoordinating closely with project operations and management, and other stakeholders.Experience developing and updating risk registers and implementing risk management policies and procedures.Experienced with managing risk analyst staff and reporting to upper-level management.Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 2/MBI clearance.RBCI is an equal-opportunity employer.
