  You are:

  Perform financial operations and mitigating risks to ensure the stability and growth of the organization. As a key member of the leadership team, the Finance and Risk Senior Manager will collaborate with various departments to develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and risk management protocols.

  Financial Strategy Development:

  Collaborate with executive leadership to formulate and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.

  Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.

  Provide insights and recommendations to enhance overall financial performance.

  Risk Management:

  Develop and implement comprehensive risk management policies and procedures.

  Identify, assess, and prioritize potential risks to the organization and formulate strategies for risk mitigation.

  Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with industry standards.

  Financial Planning and Reporting:

  Oversee the budgeting process and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

  Prepare and present financial reports to executive leadership, highlighting key performance indicators and financial health.

  Analyze financial data to support informed decision-making by the leadership team.

  Compliance and Regulatory Oversight:

  Ensure compliance with financial regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.

  Work closely with legal and regulatory affairs teams to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions.

  Team Leadership and Development:

  Lead and mentor a team of finance and risk professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

  Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development.

  Here is what you need:

  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, FRM) is preferred.

  Proven experience with 10+ years in finance and risk management roles, with a focus on strategic financial planning.

  Strong understanding of risk management principles, financial modeling, and regulatory compliance.

  Bonus points if:

  You’ve brought in new business and negotiated complex deals

  You’ve worked with technology vendors in risk and/or compliance (and they still like you)

  Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  Proficiency in financial software and tools.

  Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.

  California $161,200 to $434,000

  Colorado $161,200 to $375,000

  New York $149,300 to $434,000

  Washington $171,700 to $399,300
