Minimum qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 7 years of experience in program management and vendor risk management (e.g., privacy, security, and legal requirements).

　　Preferred qualifications: Experience developing and communicating strategy at executive level for decision making with clear recommendations using fact/data based approach.

　　Experience in dealing with ambiguity, achieving results in a fast-paced environment and continually adapting to changing business needs.

　　Experience operating and refining strategy and process for risk and compliance of Vendor/BPO relationships.

　　Experience in vendor risk management (e.g., privacy, security, and legal requirements).

　　Ability to work cross-functionally and drive large-scale organizational change across various workflows, services, and teams.

　　Demonstrated track record of problem-solving, modeling, and presentation skills.

　　YouTube Global Vendor Operations (GVO) oversees scaled support for YouTube Content Moderation, Creator Support, and Paid Product Support like NFL Sunday Ticket. As GVO Risk and Governance Manager, you will manage Insider Risk and Data Access programs, vendor commercial term governance programs and supplier accountability projects across our 8 partner BPO Supplier base where we have 18K TVCs supporting YouTube Operations. Design, drive, and track high priority risk and governance projects across the entire GVO organization supplier base. You will closely work with other cross-functional teams in YouTube Operations, Security and Privacy, Extended Workforce, Finance.

　　As a Risk and Governance Manager, you will be part of a dynamic, vendor strategy, governance and compliance team reinventing the way our scaled vendor operations are managed. An exciting opportunity to join a team that is building new supplier governance foundations for a scaled Vendor Operations of more than 18K TVCs and influencing the YouTube Scaled Vendor operating model.

　　This role requires a lot of US based cross-functional collaboration in order to deliver the Governance Solutions. As a result, you must be willing to work between the hours of 2PM-1AM IST Monday through Friday.

　　Responsibilities

　　Lead initiatives and prioritization processes both within GVO and YouTube Biz Operations. Partner with regulatory and compliance teams to drive initiatives to ensure strong compliance position, reducing reputational, operational, and financial risk.

　　Deliver presentations of findings and recommendations to leadership and lead GVO strategic initiatives along with internal team projects and programs. Lead a team of cross-functional members to drive vision and strategy for the insider risk tools and data access program.

　　Develop scaled strategies for process improvements and high-impact initiatives through playbook creation, program management, and dashboard development. Drive vendor compliance with billing, cost, and financial processes. Drive invoice process globally to ensure compliance.

　　Partner with teams on project scoping, execution, and management. Lead the creation or maintenance of SoPs, process maps, workflow documentation, help resources related to Vendor Risk and Governance Policies.
