We're looking for a Rewards Professional to join our Rewards EMEA & Global Analytics Team in Warsaw, Poland.
As a Rewards Professional, your professionalism and expertise will be integral to developing and deploying the programs and guidelines that we provide to successfully meet our business and customers' needs. The role will require operating effectively and efficiently with the market and regional stakeholders and managing projects to further drive excellence.
What you'll do
As Market Rewards Partner for the clusters Europe East (approx. 20 countries in total):Proactively drive the Rewards agenda as Rewards Partner for Europe East and South, and also look to offer support in a more agile way, supporting the European and Global Rewards agenda, too.Develop and deploy local rewards policies and processes within the global strategies, policies, and frameworks, and execute local rewards projects.Implement global rewards projects on the local market ground ensuring alignment with global strategies and local market practice and legislation.Supporting, guiding, and providing subject matter expertise to HRBP's, line managers in the countries, HRS, and TA/recruiters with rewards matters i.e. grading and job evaluations, salary and benefits policies, and practices.Acting as a guardian of global rewards policies, processes, and systemsExecutes benchmarking, subsequently, proactively designs, aligns, and maintains local pay structures & pay ranges and benefit plans, within the global reward strategies and frameworks and in compliance with and customized to local regulations/legislation.Trains Country Managers and HRBPs on reward practices/processes and ensures common understanding i.e., Annual Compensation Review.What you'll need
Around 10 years C&B related experience, preferred in a global matrix organization.Deep understanding of C&B practices in relevant geographies, as well as the regulatory environment.Ability to represent the CoE whilst creating and delivering value to internal customers.Skill in setting and communicating clear standards to improve organizational effectiveness.Track record of enabling change through continuous improvement.Attitude for successfully delivering complex projects.Strong communication and influencing skills with flexibility to coordinate alignment between global, regional, and local policies and practices.Capability to connect virtually to form effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders across the markets and European region.What you'll get in return...
