Overview
This role is to lead the agenda on THF Promotion and Trade Spend Strategy, cooperate with GM, Finance, Mkt, TMK, Shopper Insights, KAM, and Channel Head to ensure we have promo optimization and drive trade spend efficiency, able to drive Savory share growth while continuing to deliver the best outcome on NRR, ROI, and uplift.
Responsibilities
Mainly focus on trade spending in small trade formats (CVS and mini format).Recommend and encourage the commercial team to drive the best mechanic to drive volume, uplift, and market share.Identify key priorities for investment from current tools (i.e. Price elasticity, gain & loss analysis, ROI model, etc)Lead and develop a trade spend strategy for investment by PPG and accounts.Recommend and encourage KAM for investment priorities within responsible accounts.Apply consumer and shopper insights to propose new mechanics to match the new opportunity.Setting up and influencing key stake holders on promotion guardrails for Commercial teamTracking key success of key competitors
Qualifications
Consumer occasion understandingRobust knowledge on channel margins and trade spend requirementsValue chain / P&L understandingMaster's / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field> 5 years of working experience in Commercial, Trade MKT, and Finance-related role in FMCG industryStrategic thinkingAnalytical skills• Shopper & Consumer Insights understanding• Hands-on in the fieldGood presentation / communication skillsCollaborative & growth mindset
