About Revenue Cycle Trainer (Remote)

  The Revenue Operations department at DaVita is looking for an experience Trainer for their Credit team. The Trainer performs a variety of administrative and support duties associated with training initiatives within the Credit department. These duties may include, but are not limited to, instructional design, training classes, tracking and performance evaluation.

  Facilitate Training (40%)Train new and existing teammates on Credit department functions and processes; Provide 1:1 time as neededLead training classes as necessary; coordinate and maintain all logistics, evaluations and trackingAble to work autonomously with minimal supervision in collaboration with the credit team quality assurance teammates and leadershipComprehend credit department business process, policies and proceduresAdapt to changes that come along, and address issues from multiple angles to reach a solutionAble to work in a team, facilitate effective team interactions, and to foster a positive work environment; Willingness to assist teammates in order to achieve departmental goalsMust be solution-oriented, self-reliant and not intimidated easily by people, problems or roadblocks; Use common sense and logic to work through to an optimal solutionStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills including ability to listen attentively and to communicate information clearly and effectively to help othersRespond to teammates professionally over the phone, in-person in meetings, over email and through various systems. Follow appropriate etiquette and include all relevant details. Be polite and approachableCurriculum Development (35%)

  Assist in creating, designing, developing, and tracking training programs as requested; collaborate with subject matter experts and other departments within ROPS as neededFormulate teaching outlines and determines instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings and workshopsDevelop strategies to manage time and work through curriculum quickly, (e.g. working by business rule, financial class, coverage).   Salary/ Wage Range

  $20.00 - $30.00 / hour

  Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
