Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Project Management Teams are responsible for managing the operational aspects of projects rom inception through implementation. They coordinate cross-functional teams and serve as liaison between project management and planning, project teams and line management. Our Teams review status of projects and budgets, manage schedules and prepare status reports. They assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. They also develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
Responsibilities:
Oversee Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Billing operations, audits, and all established TA chargeback modelsConduct business analysis assessments to drive scalability, flexibility, speed, innovation, and I&D solutionsPartner with procurement to review/manage job contract documents to ensure performance expectations are met with external suppliersEvaluate external supplier performance according to contractual obligationsCreate and oversee data reporting analysis to include continued job requisition and billing audits to drive governance, speed, quality, and accuracyForm new methodologies for data analytics and calculations through the use of creativity and automation where possibleEnsure processes within the area of responsibility are properly mapped, metrics assigned, monitored, defined, and prioritized/aligned with other HR programs to ensure synergy of initiativesImplement and monitor project schedule to ensure deadlines/deliverables are metMaintain project meeting documentation and distribution including SharePoint site administration and content management for Talent AttractionCollaborate with HR and business leads to implement enterprise-wide strategic initiatives related to recruitment, including process or system implementationUse of LEAN/Six Sigma/Agile and project management methodologies to drive continuous improvementPurchase Order creation & Invoice reconciliation alongside Global Procurement and AP teams to ensure timeline payment for recruitment servicesEstablish a rapport with the process owners and external suppliers to ensure thorough understanding of business needs and delivering best practices by way of a Managed Operating System (MOS)Organize and facilitate process improvement Kaizen events, workshops, process mapping sessions involving all stakeholders of the process in new designsFoster a customer-focused approach to the design and implementation of HR process and systems
What your background should look like:
Bachelor's degree required (preferably in Business/Economics/Finance/Supply Chain or Human Resources);MBA preferred3+ years global billing and/or purchasing analytics experience2+ years of Talent Attraction and/or Talent Management experience preferredWorking experience in Purchase Order creation, Invoice reconciliation & billing audit processesExperience working in an RPO Talent Attraction structure and exposure to procurement/finance processes/systems preferredPrior involvement in new tool research and integrationPMP, LEAN and/or Six Sigma Certification preferredAdvanced proficiency with MS Office 360 (i.e., PPT, Excel, TEAMS, and SharePoint)Working knowledge of IT, HR, Data, Financial, Procurement systems (i.e., SAP, Success Factors, Tableau, Avature, etc.) preferredExposure and or experience working with programmatic language, coding, and automation tools preferred, not required (i.e., VBA, JavaScript, Power Automate, etc.)Comfortable working with ambiguity in a global/matrix environmentStrong analytical skills and attention to detail coupled with the ability to coordinate multiple projects withcompeting deadlinesAbility to "think outside the box" and "see future state" in order to enhance current processes that can bemore effi ciently structuredCustomer centricity and demonstrated success working in a cross-cultural environmentStrong written and oral communication skills, additional language skills a plusFlexibility to work non-traditional hours with advance notice to support various time-zones
