  Responsibilities

  The Drilling Services Reliability Engineer is the key resource of the country location in assurance of flawless Service Delivery execution, all aspects of which are defined in the Service Delivery Charter. This position serves the purpose a functional link between operational personnel and the Service Delivery Manager to ensure necessary support is provided to comply with all expectations of Service Delivery.

  Prepare and present monthly safety and quality statistics to the operations team within the location ensuring the information is uploaded to WPTS and provided to all personnel within the location

  Implement, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of Operational Control Plan processes to enhance quality, efficiency and output of each location.

  Review and approve (or return) each WPTS Job Report submitted following the completion of an operational activity.

  Lead the Management of Change process as required for both workshop and field operations ensuring compliance to the Management of Change standard and closure of Management of Change is completed when required.

  Interface with the operations personnel on issues relating to service quality such as processes, procedures, and technical updates and be fully involved in the management of change of these with all parties concerned.

  Complete the Tier 1 audit on an annual basis to ensure operational excellence and compliance to various aspects of service delivery and communicate with Service Delivery Manager as required.

  Ensure client service delivery expectations are being met. Perform regular audits on workshop maintenance processes, rig operation procedures and ensure compliance with Governance Material.

  Lead Corrective Preventative Action Report investigations (CPAR) and ensure these incidents are being communicated within the work flow.

  Assist in the preparation and delivery of investigation presentations to the client.

  Ensure equipment upgrade bulletins are being implemented and followed, maintain the Notification Tracker System to ensure compliance

  Support with contract review and coordinate the compliance to existing contractual obligations from Service Delivery aspects.

  Oversee training and competence strategy for the location consistent with company global processes and goals. Support with competency assessment where required and their quality checks.

  Ensure that critical suppliers are subject to audit and work with local teams to set and measure KPIs. Assist with improving supplier performance as required.

  Ensure that processes for equipment integrity are in place and drive continual improvement in equipment performance, reliability, safety and legal compliance, working with the product line, manufacturing, research and development as required.

  Assist with the location Management Review meetings on an annual basis taking the lead for all corrective actions identified.

  Any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by Line Management within the timeframe specified in a safe and efficient manner to meet business requirements, provided the instruction is reasonable and you are capable and deemed competent to fulfil these.

  Qualifications

  Mechanical, Electronic, Petroleum engineering or relevant discipline.

  2 – 5 year of Drilling Service operations or DS R&M experience.

  Advance Root Cause Analysis training is preferred

  Previous experience in reliability roles is preferred

  English Language: Has fully operational command of the spoken and written language with only occasional unsystematic inaccuracies and deficiencies. Misunderstandings may occur in unfamiliar situations. Handles complex detailed argumentation well.

  Comprehensive knowledge and operational understanding of Drilling Services Operations and equipment.

  Possess strong customer service skills, i.e. listening, follow-through, willingness to help.

  Good understanding and knowledge of QHSE Management systems.

  Good presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex issues.

  Must be able to work closely and communicate interactively with all level of employees with Weatherford, supply chain, sub-contractor, and client base.

  Good computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point, MS Project.

  Ability to work well with all levels of personnel.
