Job scope/Summary
The role of the Relationship Manager - Australia is to grow WEX's share of business within a small portfolio of accounts that represent high value to WEX. The Key areas of focus of this role are,Working strategically to identify opportunities and deliver profitable growth within the portfolio in AustraliaEnsuring WEX delivers impeccable service to our key partners to ensure we remain their partner of choice and work with colleagues in WEX to leverage any cross-sell opportunitiesProviding direction and guidance from a commercial perspective to our internal teams supporting the Key Accounts (Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Finance and Legal)This role is required to understand the competitive environment of the allocated portfolio and identify where WEX may enhance our services, improve operational processes and procedures as well as acting as an escalation point for any concerns.
