The territory for this position covers MD, DE, NJ, CT, RI, MA, ME, NH, VT, NY, and Eastern PA. The ideal candidate would live in either NY or NJ.
Labcorp Oncology believes in harnessing science to improve health and the lives of people with cancer. Over the last 25 years, Labcorp has played a historic role in launching some of the hallmark diagnostic testing for the treatment of cancer, including HER2, PD-L1, EGFR, BRAF, ALK, RET and others.
As a RMBD, you will hold a key position within the organization with the responsibility of overseeing a team of divisional sales and account management individuals while working with the Vice President/General Manager to implement and drive strategic initiatives and launch new products.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the regional sales and account management function for seven representatives who promote Labcorp's oncology portfolio to Hospitals, Pathology and Oncology clinicsAchieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performanceRepresent Labcorp, with a comprehensive understanding of our offeringsDrive culture and develop talentDevelop and implement new revenue generation models as well as targeting and positioning strategiesDevelop and maintain high-level relationships with key accounts and C-suite customersResearch industry and segment trends to identify customer needs for segment-specific targeting and positioning strategiesHire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representativesContinuously develop personal leadership, hiring, and training skills while ensuring the team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectivesImplement and direct the field sales plan within the assigned sales region/division to achieve stated sales objectivesFunction as the interface between the sales force and laboratory operations leadershipUnderstand industry and local market trends to help create customer and segment-specific targeting and positioning strategies
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in the Life SciencesA Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience; life sciences industry preferredLeadership experience strongly preferredExisting relationships within one or multiple areas of: Hospitals, Pathology and Oncology Clinics are preferredExperience in laboratory or specialty medicine sales is preferredPrior experience in pathology or oncology is preferredExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsA strong degree of technical competency preferredHigh level of both verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a matrix environment across therapeutic areas and commercial teamsRequires a Valid Driver's LicenseAbility to travel up to 50%
Pay Range: $125k-$155k plus commissions
