As a Regional Business Development Executive (RBDE), you will function as an outside sales representative primarily focused on growing new business by prospecting, developing, and closing sales monthly.
The territory for this field-based position covers Greater Albany, NY, Greater Hudson Valley, NY, and Vermont focusing on physician offices, physician groups, and healthcare professionals across all primary care and specialty physicians. The ideal candidate would reside in the Greater Albany area.
We are seeking a highly driven and competitive individual with a high degree of collaboration, communication and business acumen skills who enjoys growing and working with a seasoned, high-performing team across a wide variety of high-growth therapeutic areas.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required. Science background highly desiredMinimum of 5 years' laboratory or diagnostic outside sales experience requiredPrevious experience selling directly to Physicians requiredProven success managing and growing a book of businessAbility to collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to grow the businessDemonstrated track record of recent success and sales accomplishmentsStrong consultative selling and closing skillsAbility to understand and articulate complex scientific literature and use extensive and complex clinical data as a key factor in the sales processMust have a valid driver's license and clean driving recordSome travel required
Pay Range: $100,000 - $110,000 plus commissions
