As our Recruiting Programs Specialist, you will be an integral member of the recruiting team, ensuring that our team runs smoothly and efficiently. You will support and own a variety of programs, working behind the scenes as part of the recruiting team to help them operate efficiently and effectively. If you have prior experience in recruiting, HR, or similar role, and are curious about, and excited to become an expert in, recruiting programs, systems and processes, then we want to speak with you!
What you'll do:
Recruiting systems management Review Greenhouse job and offer approvals for quality Respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve questions about our recruiting systems Respond to data requests by building recruiting reports ad hoc in Greenhouse Audit recruiting systems and work with stakeholders to clean up data Contingent Workforce Manage contractor workflows across multiple systems Support Contractor eligibility review Support contractor engagement and assignment management processes , including managing requests, tracking approvals, onboarding,extensions and offboarding Internal transfer program In partnership with our recruiting team, confirm eligibility for internal applications Support other aspects of the internal transfer process as needed Recruiting and hiring team enablement Ensure interviewers are completing interviewer training Lead recruiting operations-focused onboarding and continued training sessions Update team documentation with any changes to systems or process flows Employer brand Draft and coordinate responses to Glassdoor and Indeed reviews Support updating Collective Health social pages with new content and updates to our Employee Value Proposition Support other recruiting projects as needed To be successful in this role, you'll need: 2+ years of relevant experience in Recruiting or People Operations, with at least 1+ year in an operations-focused role Associate or Bachelor degree, or equivalent years of experience A strong understanding of the recruiting lifecycle and recruiting best practices Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality when working with sensitive data Familiarity with HR or recruiting systems, such as BambooHR and Greenhouse Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to juggle multiple projects at one time and manage competing priorities A genuine interest in learning about and supporting recruiting programs Pay Transparency Statement This is a hybrid position based out of our Lehi office, with the expectation of being in office at least two weekdays per week. #LI-hybrid
The actual pay rate offered within the range will depend on factors including geographic location, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. In addition to the hourly rate, you will be eligible for stock options and benefits like health insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
