The Larson Group Peterbilt, is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In the Recruiting role, you are expected to evaluate and screen potential candidates to fill vacant positions in the company. What We Offer: * Paid Time Off * Paid Holidays * Medical, Dental and Basic Life * 401K with employer contribution * Bi-weekly Pay Schedule * Opportunity for advancement and Career Development Responsibilities: * Creates job postings and sends recruitment emails. * Executes sourcing strategies to generate candidate flow to meet overall talent acquisition goals. * Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. * Conducts extensive sourcing of passive candidates through research, relationship building, complex internet and job board searches, and talent pool database searching. * Provides information on company operations and job opportunities to potential applicants. * Maintains records on recruiting activities as required. * Attends job/career fairs with appropriate staff who can help generate qualified applicants. * Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies. * Track analytical data regarding all facets of the hiring process, to include sourcing effectiveness, offer rate, accept rate and other analysis as needed. * Perform all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner. Qualifications: * A high school diploma and at least 2 years of experience sourcing is required. * A bachelor's degree in human resources is strongly preferred. * Must be able to demonstrate sufficient knowledge of various web-based applications and recruitment software. * Must be a proficient verbal and written communicator. * An enthusiastic, self-driven, and customer service-oriented disposition is strongly preferred. * Must be available to travel as needed.
