In this role, you will:
• Act as liaison between technology and business for all the quality assurance automations in delivery and production.
• Hands on UAT or SIT experience in financial services industry
• Participate in go/no-go decisions related to automations in BAU or Production
• Conduction defect triage meetings with technology and scrum teams
• Participate in Sprint demos and certify user stories from UAT standpoint
• Participate in sprint planning and daily scrum meetings
• Create problem tickets, triage with multiple tech partners, and provide solution to the process owners when the automation is in BAU mode.
• Collaborate with various teams (on/off-shore) along with Solution Consultant during the User acceptance testing and ramp phase of the project before moving to BAU.
• Provide post operationalization guidance and recommendation to continue advancing opportunities
• Collaborates with aligned Solution Consultant and CB business leaders and their teams to define business strategy, created, and execute aligned plans for UAT automations in delivery and productions.
• Validate daily system and business exceptions for each automations in productions.
• Create testing metrics for daily/weekly/monthly production support and delivery forums.
Required Qualifications, US:5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Extensive experience in quality assurance in SIT or UAT.Financial services industry experienceRobotic Process certification, preferable BluePrism or UiPathStrong professionally - credible with integrityGood communication skills & strong interpersonal skillsEmployees support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company.
