You'll be responsible for building and executing large-scale beta testing programs for internal and external users, analyzing complex data, feedback and user sentiment in partnership with multiple product groups to identify improvements to our products and software. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented tech enthusiast with experience shipping great software or consumer electronics products and utilizing user insights to improve product iterations. You are methodical, a self-starter, meticulous about quality and have a user-oriented mindset.

　　Build a user-centric engineering culture that drives improvements in qualityImplement process changes to scale testing efforts across multiple productsPartner with internal first-party product development teams within RL to plan, develop and execute large-scale beta testing and dogfooding programs that provide coverage for multiple platformsFunnel learnings back to the development teams in a consistent and digestible manner to continuously improve productsPartner with QA test teams to integrate learnings into structured test strategies and executionIdentify, test, track and report KPI and user-experience trends over the course of the projectsDiagnose issues, report defects, and propose A/B tests to discover reoccurrencesWork with engineers and project leads to triage and prioritize issues for resolutionOwn the process of creating metrics to measure and monitor product performanceFrequently identify significant product, organizational, and process opportunities and drive them to fruition often without explicit direction and resourcingMaximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the normMinimum Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.5+ years experience managing complex programs in large corporate environments3+ years of hands-on experience analyzing and interpreting data, drawing conclusions, defining recommended actions, and reporting results across stakeholders3+ years of translating user experience research and insights into product decisions and fuel ideationExperience going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch executionExperience debugging applications on Platform, PC and Mobile componentsExperience partnering and/or collaborating across multiple teams up to the leadership levelPreferred Qualifications:
