Purchasing Administrator
The purchasing administrator is responsible for processing IT equipment and other technology-related fixed assets in support of Lithia & Driveway. Focused on all IT related equipment purchases, software licensing, shipments, reporting, support ticket tracking and communication with all stores and Support Services. Including adding back up for fixed asset invoices and basic coding for billing.
The purchasing administrator reports to the Purchasing Supervisor.
Location: Medford, OR (On-site)
Compensation Range: $18/hr - $20/hr
Responsibilities
Purchase fixed assets through service now and by email
Processes and generates purchase orders, quotes, and requests
Add tracking and shipping information for purchases
Assist in additional processing of general store requests
Utilizes internal spreadsheets to look up and gather necessary back up or data as needed
Add back up and appropriate documentation for fixed assets
Assist with providing general information and direction to organization and vendors as it relates to IT processes
Process shipping of equipment and received packages
Prioritization of urgent requests
Learn and understand the process and procedures required for Lithia purchasing
Communicate effectively by emails, teams, or phone
Receives, organizes, and provides basic coding for invoices related to fixed assets
Process cell phone and hotspot requests, activation, cancellation, or upgrading of devices or data plans
Files and organizes invoices generated by fixed assets
Skills and Qualifications
Knowledge of IT equipment and common terms
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, excel, PowerPoint
Office work experience
