JOB DESCRIPTION

　　Connect and coordinate with Product Owners in Physical Verification business teams/labs and understand product expectations Provide Technical & Functional consultation in Physical Verification PDO Coordinate between Product Owners & Product Based Teams Participate in the Program / Project Reviews, Strategy and Demand Planning discussions Collaborate with Product Manager(s) and Product Designer(s) within PDO and provide necessary functional & technical expertise for projects and production support activities Perform Project Estimation & Project Plan for projects Facilitate Integration across products Rally updates (velocity and how rally should be maintained for consistency) CRAID maintenance (change requests, risks, action items, issues, decisions) PI Planning Readiness (readiness with features, user stories, dependencies) PI Planning (breakout sessions, schedule) Share release timelines and ensure teams understanding release timing Ensure program communication is getting socialized and dispersed to Physical Verification PDO teams Iteration Metrics and Health (leverage reports in Rally and communicate status) Highlight blockers across product release and work with teams to resolve blockers are bring visibility to blockers Help prepare for Scrum of Scrum meeting and Product Council meetings Act as the point of contact for PDO teams Clarify the doubts on program expectations Help teams achieve iteration goals Work with teams collectively or individually to keep teams moving and progressing iteration commitments and release deliverables Support testing including SIT, UAT and Load and Performance Cutover planning and execution Remain aligned with cross product groups for consistency within overall Physical Verification PDO Perform Return on Investment by working with product stakeholders
