You will project manage the replacement of existing Martech by Piano tech, in conjunction with newly defined business processes that align to the wider corporate strategy. This role is for 12 months' in the first instance.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Be the Hearst UK leader for the Piano implementation. Be the single point of contact for all deliverables relating to the Piano implementation for all stakeholders - with HMI in the US as well as Piano in the US, NL and the UK. Drive everyone to hit agreed timelines and milestones. Manage RAID. Feel accountable for both the work and the process. Can both take responsibility for decisions and hold the team members accountable, dealing with consequences as required. Facilitates and drives project collaboration, ensuring that key conversations happen in a timely manner. Can create conditions to collaborate between internal and external stakeholders which result in positive outcomes. ABOUT YOU
Experience in running large scale change programmes with multiple international stakeholders. Passion to deliver on time. Experience with risk management, steering committee management. Excellent communication skills across different levels of communication (tech team, stakeholders, senior stakeholders at steer committee), being able to articulate blockers, risks, contingencies and their implications to milestones and overall project delivery. Experience dealing with external and internal stakeholders, balancing internal and external communication.WHAT WE OFFER
