  Description

  Kforce has a client in Blue Ash, OH that is seeking 2 Level 2 Project Managers to join their team on a 12-month contract to hire basis.Summary: Project Manager will establish and update project plans and manage deviations from the plan Ensure all project requirements and/or objectives are properly documented and vigorously pursued to deliver the project scope Meeting coordination, facilitation, and follow-up Status and progress reporting on a regular cadence (daily, weekly as needed) Create and track schedules, risks and issues, and budget (when applicable) Develop risk mitigation plans and escalate decisions and unresolved issues as needed As a Project Manager, you will maintain project communications with stakeholders at multiple levels Work with peers to develop and drive goals, define technical specifications and detailed implementation plans for project

  Requirements

  Having experience specific to KPF - money services, financial background goes a long way, but first and foremost the team is looking for strong project management experience Self-starter with 'learn and apply' attitude in an intense, fast-paced environment Experience working with leading stakeholder groups, including technical, product, business, and vendor teams Excellent communication, collaboration, documentation skills Excellent MS Office toolset skills Proven track record of schedule development and delivering objectives on time and within budget against that schedule Agile and waterfall project experience Ability to anticipate and manage project risks Confident, solution-oriented independent worker Must be able to work effectively with managing different sets of business, technology, and vendor stakeholders Proven problem solving and organizational skills Demonstrated ability in team motivation and delegation Some travel outside of Cincinnati region may be required PMP or CAPM certification or equivalent experience is preferred or must be working toward certification 3rd-party vendor management experience a plus Local to Cincinnati region is strongly preferred

  The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

  We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

  Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.

  This job is not eligible for bonuses, incentives or commissions.
