　　Kforce has a client in San Diego, CA that is seeking a Project Manager III. This contact role requires strong marketing know-how, familiarity with marketing data analysis and measurement as well as deep project management expertise. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, organized and collaborative person who is inspired by driving impactful programs in a large, complex organization. Responsibilities: Define the program goal and break down the workstreams Identify and document the key stakeholders: outline the matrix of stakeholders, including clarifying the role each play (DACE) Outline the work back plan to the final deliverables including setting key milestone reviews that pull the right stakeholder in at the right time Ensure the analysis is delivered on time and disseminated appropriately across the organization Coordinate cross-functional inputs and feedback from the team Document and drive risk identification, escalation and remediation

　　Requirements

　　BA/BS required, MBA preferred Strong program/project management skills with demonstrated track record of planning and managing complex programs, identifying dependencies, driving priority decisions, and gaining alignment from key stakeholders, including executive leaders Solid understanding of the marketing craft, including strategy development and channel programs (advertising, social, display, email, SEO, SEM, TV/Radio) Thrives in a fast-paced matrixed environment, thinks, anticipates, and can pivot quickly, collaborating and influencing across the organization to drive outcomes Exceptional attention to detail balanced with the skill to understand the big picture, connect strategies back to higher level goals and create recommendations

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
