Our ambition as People and Organization (PO) function is to co-own the overall Siemens transformation, enabling Siemens’ businesses to remain successful in an ever faster changing environment. Accordingly, our global PO leadership team has recently set our new PO Strategy 2030 and is reviewing PO’s strategic priorities regularly. In this context, we are further expanding our recently established Strategic Projects team to contribute to the end-to-end deployment of the strategy and provide our businesses with the capabilities and capacities needed.
What role will you play?
As Project Manager (f/m/d) People Organization Strategic Projects, you will make a significant impact on PO’s top strategic priorities jointly with the accountable PO experts and colleagues in the business.
In particular, you will…
Be responsible to set-up, structure, and steer the execution of high-visibility PO projects on an international scale. This will give you the opportunity to quickly expand your network across Siemens
Jointly with the accountable PO experts and the businesses shape the PO solution landscape and drive the deployment of our PO Strategy 2030
interact with stakeholders and Executive level incl. the global PO Leadership Team
Join forces with our global PO business partners and PO country heads to implement strategic projects generating impact and drive positive change
Be a change agent, think end-to-end, challenge, hypothesize, test build innovative solutions ensuring effective implementation from the start
Orchestrate the ecosystem of key stakeholders incl. business, PO, and contributors/ service providers, connect the dots and enable your colleagues to identify and address interdependencies with other ongoing strategic PO efforts
Leverage data to design all efforts for maximum user impact, striving to make valuable contributions to Siemens holistically
Be an inspiring leader demonstrating your strategic and people skills by leading project teams
We are looking forward to getting to know you if you…
Have an excellent academic background (Master’s Degree/MBA)
Bring extensive long professional experience in management-/ strategy-/ transformation consulting – with a focus on PO / HR topics and preferably in Siemens-related industries
Have already successfully set up and led projects as a project manager in dynamic environments and on a multinational scale
Possess outstanding analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills. You leverage the dynamics of a large organization and use thoughtful influencing to effectuate change
Have a sound and broad PO / HR domain know-how, e.g. acquired in a global HR Business Partner or HR CoE / Expert role (i.e., learning, talent management, organizational excellence, mergers acquisitions, skill management, HR tool landscape / digitalization, change concepts) – we know, nobody has it all :-)
Are a fast learner, eager to understand in depth and apply the relevant concepts and tools, and committed to holistic optimization
Have an entrepreneurial “can do” and agile demeanor; you have the courage to lead based on own judgement and expertise and are excited to shape this new team - we are happy to meet you!
Speak English fluently
