Accountabilities
Working closely with the Global Process Owners, Technology, Markets and 3rd party partners, function heads and stakeholders at all levels to identify business challenges and scope out appropriate solutionsLeading the design and delivery of a strategic change portfolio that aligns with the organisations strategic direction to deliver improved productivity, efficiency, and enhanced customer experienceAgreeing the scope for projects with key stakeholders, ensuring that benefits are identified and trackedEnsure good governance for projects and programmes, good quality and timely decision-making, and effective resource and pipeline managementDesigning and leading workshops and review sessions with stakeholder groups in areas such as people-focused organisational design, service optimisation and behaviour changeSetting up and tailoring project management activities, processes and interfacesFacilitating budget and resource prioritisation, ensuring budget and resources are allocated where they will have maximum impactDelivering in a manner that is responsive to customer needs, putting mechanisms in place to gather an act upon customer feedbackDeveloping and maintaining programme and project plansTracking and reporting Risks, Issues & Dependencies, responding proactivelyMonitoring, reporting, and communicating progress against plan to delivery teams, sponsors, stakeholders, PMO and other governance bodiesResolving scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risk impacts within shared governance
Qualifications
University graduateAccredited at Expert level in Lean or Black Belt Six Sigma certified or Prince2 or PMIProfessional Project Management Practitioner level qualification.5-7 years’ experience in Project Management or a related areaRecognised Subject Matter Expert in lean project management and governanceRelevant experience with complex projects and benefits management in finance and HR projectsRich experience of managing small transformation teams of senior stakeholdersExperience of working in professional services or financial/HR shared servicesExperience of automation technologies/implementation, data projects
