  Your future duties and responsibilities

  Want to take your career to the next level? We're growing rapidly and are looking for a Project Manager to work closely alongside a third-party vendor to build, design and implement a new system. We're seeking a detail-oriented individual who can dive into the details of business process streams and requirements, understand the need for and how to implement excellent change management, and effectively manage an agile project. Excellent customer and vendor relationship management skills are a must for this highly visible position.   Required qualifications to be successful in this role

  • 5+ years leading IT projects in a Project manager role

  • 3+ years implementing good change management practices on IT projects

  • 3+ years leading Scrum teams in an Agile environment, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) experience a plus

  • 5+ years working with executives and project stakeholders. Communication and problem solving skills are critical in the role

  • PMP and/or PMI-ACP highly desired

  • Prosci or other change management certification highly desired

  CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $85,800 - $ 202,700
