  Humana Healthy Horizons in Oklahoma is seeking a Project Manager 2 who manages all aspects of a project, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget. The Project Manager 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

  The Project Manager 2

  Designs, communicates, and implements an operational plan for completing the project; monitors progress and performance against the project plan; takes action to resolve operational problems and minimize delaysIdentifies, develops, and gathers the resources to complete the projectPrepares designs and work specifications; develops project schedules, budgets and forecasts; and selecting materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractorsCommunicates with other operational areas in the organization to secure specialized resources and contributions for the projectConducts meetings and prepares reports to communicate the status of the project (e.g., weekly leadership and key stakeholder project updates)Sets priorities, allocates tasks, and coordinates project staff to meet project targets and milestonesUnderstands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areasMakes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needeFollows established guidelines/procedures

  Must reside in OklahomaBachelor's degreeLess than 5 years of technical experience managing healthcare projectExperience with project management tools and Office productsMust be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

  Work at Home Guidance

  To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria:

  At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested

  Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership

  Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

  Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.

  Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
