Job Description

　　The Senior Project Manager has the following assignments:

　　provide a robust, efficient and professional Project Management service, support project activities for multifunctional team both internal and external members, by building up risk management and back-up plan intra and inter projectshost and lead Customer's meeting, update projects plan and actively follows the status of the projectdeliver projects on time and within budget, addressing issues and risks and identify resolutions with the teamreporting to senior management and support finance by projects billingprepare contracts based on the company cost structure and guidelines together with the Quotation Department.support department or site projects and initiatives, including the promotion of continuous improvement in business, operational and GMP processes within company networkbring up key issues for discussion and resolution, suggesting possible improvements conducive to the smooth and efficient running of site and welfare of personnel.

　　This role requires a wide degree of flexibility, multitasking and open-minded demeanor with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and, problem solving demeanor and decision making along with influencing capacity, customer and result-orientation and leadership to empower the team, high level of communication, active listening, effective message delivery, insight, proactive demeanor, long term vision and motivation.

　　The education required for this role are a BA or MS in scientific area (Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biological Sciences or similar technical field), PhD and/or PMP certification would be a nice to have.

　　3 - 5 years of solid experience in technical field or in a related area is required (Pharmaceutical Development, Clinical trials Manufacture, Commercial Manufacture, Project Management, Financial basics, Customer contact, Quality).
