Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a local Project Manager to temporarily join our team to support an automated system implementation scheduled to go live in June 2024. This role is expected to lead project initiatives, meet deadlines, communicate with different stakeholders across the business, and oversee project implementation of the transition from the current legacy process of manually reviewing public Medicare requests to the new and improved automated system as it is slowly implemented across the business through the beginning of 2024.
This person will work independently and take lead in replacing a manual paper process with an automated workflow for case management. This is a Salesforce based application for automating workflows so any prior experience working with Salesforce or other CRM tools would be advantageous. This person is required to be on-site Tuesday through Thursday every week and will be responsible for providing project management support, specifically agile, for the TPL (third party liability) case management system and/or multiple PMO Initiatives.
Manage Full Project Lifecycle -- Planning, Execution & Controlling, Reporting, Closeout for Information Technology (IT) projects and Business projects.
Manage Project Schedules and Budgets based on executive management and business Subject Matter Expert (SME) input.
Manage Stakeholder Communications and Expectations, including incorporating changes in direction by executive and senior management.
Create presentations, dashboards, workflows and user stories as needed.
5 Manage vendors and deliverables, including escalating project issues.
Manage and/or perform requirement development. Execute testing of requirements as needed.
Manage project risks and issues; keep management informed as necessary.
Skills and Requirements
4-7 years of Project Management experience, managing stakeholders and leading project teams
Prior experience supporting Salesforce (or other CRM) system implementation
Experience running daily stand-ups, 2-week sprints, scrum sessions, etc.
Experience with MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel to analyze data and produce dashboards
Experience in leading Waterfall and Agile projects
Active PMP certification
Experience of working in the Medicaid or Managed Care Organizations null
