　　 Northrop Grumman Mission Systems Manufacturing Operations Project Management (OPM) homeroom has an opening for an OPM Manager 3 OEM (Operations Execution Manager) for SEWIP, reporting to the Director of Maritime / Land Systems & Sensors Division.

　　The OPM Manager 3 position is both a functional management position with direct reports and a Project Leadership position. The Manufacturing Operations Project Managers are the interface between the Business Division and Manufacturing. This position is responsible for schedule management and cost accountability of Manufacturing activities for this Business Division.

　　Salary Range: $139,000 - $208,400

　　The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

　　Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
