About the Team
The Enablement team aims to be the strategic partner of the T&S team., driving collaboration, optimization, and synergy for Trust & Safety (T&S) global functioning, whereas other T&S functions fight at the frontline for content integrity and community safety. We facilitate the application of smooth cross-functional/cross-region/cross-culture corporations, support, and training, and drive change initiatives for leadership within the organization so that they fight with maximum efficiency and sustainability.
As our international organization expands rapidly and becomes more complex, the Enablement team identifies strategic priorities, opportunities, pain points, provides insights and revolutionary solutions; so that we build better efficiency and consistency into the organization and promote global synergy under localized decision making.
As a Program Manager on our Trust and Safety team, you'll act as project manager, consensus creator, and thought partner to the leadership team. You'll run points on essential cross-functional projects across the organization and plan major planning exercises. This is the role for you if you are deeply passionate about cross-functional project management, high-level thinking, and on-the-ground execution.
Responsibilities:
- You'll provide strategic support and coordination to the leadership team and different functions of the Global Trust and Safety organization;
- You'll take ownership of cross-regional project initiation, planning, and implementation to deliver the expected result;
- You'll proactively identify the potential risks of either product or project and coordinate cross-functional resources to solve the problem;
- You'll diagnose the existing organization, workflows, and projects to generate structured insights and solid suggestions related to operational excellence.
Qualifications
- You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
- You have 5+ years of work experience in cross-regional and cross-functional project management;
- You have demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities;
- You have excellent teamwork spirit, strategic and courageous leadership skills;
- You are strong in communication and collaboration with others.
Nice to have:
- You have previous work experience in Trust & Safety.

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $88000 - $142222 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
