Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant, Program Manager.
In this role, you will:Strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiativesDrive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriateReview strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performancePerform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendationsPerform monthly business reviews, records management and organize the teams Sharepoint siteOrganize and facilitate team meetings and provide record managementLead tracking of business optimization, efficiency generation, records management and other initiatives that help improve efficiency and effectivenessMake decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plansCollaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives#HRJobsRequired Qualifications:
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Experience working in a large, complex, dynamic organization with multiple business groups and broad geographic reach.A record of accomplishment demonstrating strong influencing, collaboration and decision-making skills across various stakeholder teams to ensure alignment and drive progress toward a common business objective.Proven success working in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities while managing tactical and strategic deliverables to meet time linesAbility to track and monitor complex projects, communicate progress to business leaders and negotiation critical issue resolutionAbility to quickly establish credibility to build and maintain effective working relationshipsAbility to exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniquesStrong presentation (verbal and written) communications skills are required, as this role will be required to provide analysis and make presentations to senior leaders, and corporate executives.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications including PowerPointExperience engaging in data analysis, reporting and analytics using Tableau, Power BI, Excel, SQL or MacrosJob Expectations:This position will require onsite presence in a hybrid arrangement for the posted Charlotte, NC location at 11625 N Community House RdRelocation assistance is not available for this positionPosting End Date:
