　　Structure the cross-functional operative plan including but not limited to product, engineering, marketing, sales, CS, CX, processes and operations - all to meet the business goalsVerify and synchronize with all teams, projects, and relevant stakeholders to ensure the direction is clear and aligned with the overall strategyDrive risk and change management processes, reporting, and escalationsMonitor and shape the plans, dependencies, and implications of the execution on the business resultsServe as POC for the program for all cross-functional execution plans and related projects. Initiate and lead process improvement, alignment, and documentationFacilitate strategic discussions and be accountable for decisions madeReduce communication barriers and improve the collaboration between the different teamsResolve conflicts and remove obstacles

　　Your Experience & Skills

　　4+ years of experience managing cross-functional programs, preferably with large global software organizationsBusiness/product operations background- familiarity with product launch processesStrong familiarity with cross organizational processes and operationsAbility to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExperience operating autonomously across multiple teamsStrategic thinking and ability to dive to technical aspects quicklyExcellent communication and leadership skills, that allowyou to engage and align the organization across functions at all levelsHigh motivation and a positive approachPeople person and a team playerStrong sense of ownership, accountability and ability to deliverHighly proficient in spoken and written EnglishB.Sc. in industrial engineering and management - high advantage
