The position is physically located in Northridge, California and remote work is not available for this position.

　　 The leader in this exciting and challenging role will be responsible for the complete missile development lifecycle which includes: Lead a continuous improvement culture focused on employee engagement to drive business performanceResponsibility for program P&L, schedule, and technical performance on internal investments focused on future missile development programsLead the preparation of competitive proposals to capture new business in the US missile marketDevelop growth strategies to increase program orders and develop new business opportunitiesDevelop product and technology road mapsFocus on developing strong customer relationships Qualifications

　　The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

　　Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
