  Phantom Works, Boeing Defense, Space & Security's (BDS) advanced research, development and prototyping division is looking for a Program Financial Analyst (Experienced or Senior) to join our team in Kent, WA or El Segundo, CA.

  Boeing offers relocation and a signing bonus for these positions based on candidate eligibility.

  The successful candidate will have:

  An active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) Security ClearanceA work history of supporting financial controls for an EVM portfolio of projects and programsA growth mindset and be a known problem solverA proven ability to build networks work independently

  Position Responsibilities:

  Initiates assignments and independently leads integration and analysis of resource forecasts and/or Estimates at Completion (EACs) for control accounts, budgets, functions or pools; financial EACs for contracts or programsLeads or consults on the development of performance reportsInitiates assignments and independently leads integration of variance analyses and provides understanding of operational and financial performance to senior managementMakes recommendations to senior management on financial performance and projections using extensive financial knowledge and experienceLeads or consults on the development of cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines, including earned value, and variance analysesLeads, analyzes and presents cases using appropriate indices to improve profitability and shareholder valueConsults on requirements definition and deployment of common systems, tools, processes and training to improve resource and/or business planning processes

  This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

  This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

  This position requires a current Tier 5 (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) (U.S. Citizenship required) or requires candidate agreed to enter a Continuous Evaluation program.

  Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, mathematics, supply chain management, or related field5 or more years of experience in a finance related position such as financial operations, cost management, accounting, estimating, financial planning, contracts,or procurement financial analysis5 or more years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)5 or more years of experience leading teams in financial processes such as Estimates at Complete (EACs), Long Range Business Plans (LRBPs), Earned Value Management (EVM), and/or Performance Management Baseline (PMB) for large-scale projects

  Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  10 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience using Deltek Cobra or similar Earned Value Management softwareExperience leading projects with little direct supervision and drive project to completionExperience with COGNOS, COBRA and other accounting systems containing historical cost data.Experience with financial planning processes and tools

  Typical Education & Experience:

  Experience (Level 3)

  Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

  Senior (Level 4)

  Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

  Relocation:

  This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

  Signing Bonus:

  Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

  Summary pay range Level 3: 85,000 - 115,000

  Summary pay range Level 4:106,250 - 143,750

  Export Control Requirements: U.S. Government Export Control Status: This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
