About Huston
ExxonMobil's state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors.

What role you will play on our team
Video production and graphic design play a critical role in visual storytelling that engages, informs, and inspires how we are working to deliver the energy and products society needs and reduce our own and others’ greenhouse gas emissions.
We are looking for a production operations manager to join em-house creative, our internal creative agency. This person will be the first stop to determine creative resource use and project prioritization. Our ideal candidate will be experienced in video production to understand the project needs of clients and work with em-house creative video producers, editors and graphic designers to deliver top quality projects on schedule.
Collaborating with multiple teams at our company, the operations manager will align on project needs, creative development, resources and schedule management. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of graphic design, branding and marketing and have exceptional organizational and project management skills.
What you will do
Responsible for smooth operation of em-house creative and the projects delivered for clients, including stewardship of the online project management tool for the team
Liaison with internal clients regarding project requests submitted through the project management tool. Collaborate, brainstorm and strategize with multiple teams or clients on the various projects em-house creative is responsible for
Coordinate with the production and graphic design managers to assign prioritization and resources to all incoming projects
Enforce consistency in project workflow as identified in the em-house operations guide
As part of the em-house creative leadership team, provide strategic guidance to others on the team where needed to ensure top quality projects are delivered within ExxonMobil’s communications priorities and standards
Streamline data gathering and reporting around key em-house metrics re. volume, deliverables, resources, to inform data-driven decision making
Provide operational support to the em-house manager including budgets, contracts, etc
About you
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in video production, film, communications, or similar discipline
5+ years of experience in project management, agency experience a plus, project Management Certification a plus
5+ years of experience (academic and professional) with video production and other content creation disciplines.

Creative self-starter with visual storytelling experience through multimedia
Ability to build collaborative relationships with a large network of colleagues

Excellent interpersonal communication skills and executive presence; possesses a team-oriented management style
A positive, proactive team-oriented attitude and familiar with the working environment of a large, global organization
