Job Description
We are seeking a Product Success Technical Architect who is craving to be part of a great company. You will be part of a talented and supportive group that is passionate about empowering Customers to improve their platform health. Specifically, you will aid in the scripting, testing, debugging, and remediation of Health Definitions, by designing and delivering simple and compelling code.
Role
This role is part of the Product Success team in the Customer Success Organization to work on Platform Health offering as part of ServiceNow Impact. You should be passionate about learning ServiceNow products, and the value they provide to our customers by understanding customer use cases and user personas. To succeed, you must have a customer-centric mindset, with deep technical hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow Scripting APIs and best practices.
In this role, you will collaborate with the Leading Practices Portfolio Managers and the Platform Health team to create: Health Assessment scripts using J avaScript, HTML, CSS, and Glide API Collaborate with fellow Architects to spec, write, test, and deploy scripts Increase success by improving script quality and our ability to innovate Actively own health definitions features and define their lifecycle Review code, have your code reviewed, and assist in triaging bugs Work cross-functionally to solve challenges and ensure that upcoming scripts are ready Be the "voice of the field" - Provide feedback from development to the product team for product improvement Be creative, innovative, and agile Qualifications 3+ years of experience in software development or software engineering Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools, including scripting with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Glide API. Experience with ServiceNow integration methods (REST, SOAP) Scripting skills to build utilities, e.g. to simulate data center activities or to update records to current date/time ranges The ability to generate ideas for how our products can make our customers more successful Demonstrated ability to learn new technology Must enjoy working in a highly collaborative environment Exceptional communication skills in describing technical and business concepts Very strong written communication skills Demonstrated being proactive without being told what to do The ability to prioritize tasks and be efficient in minimizing wasted effort Proven ability to live up to commitments while maintaining integrity and focus on details The ability to think strategically, learn fast, and communicate with an impact Experience in application development on the ServiceNow platform is a plus Additional Information
