As a Product Specialist, you'll be focused on the development and management of Capital Group Fixed Income products and services. You will be instrumental in helping to build and maintain a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap and delivering on business plan commitments.

You will work cross-functionally with internal partners including sales, marketing, operations, legal, and investment professionals to address product questions, educate business partners on our offering and resolve client issues.You will participate in projects impacting the product line and client group, ensuring products and services are competitive and meet the long-term strategic direction of the client group.You will support product managers and senior managers in the creation, analysis and development of product roadmaps, business cases and initiatives.You will build and refine product materials that best position us to engage with prospects and clientsYou will engage regularly within Asset Class Services and the Investment Group to continuously refine product positioning exhibits, marketing collateral, and embedded capital markets content in pitchbooks.You can position our products through standard portfolio commentariesYou contribute to thought leadership initiative

Skills/Qualifications
Holds Series 7 and 63 (or equivalent) licenses, and/or is willing to earn these licenses at the outset of the role. CFA (or interest in pursuing) a plusStrong understanding of Fixed Income and Capital Markets
Southern California Base Salary Range: $99,025-$158,440
New York Base Salary Range: $104,972-$167,955
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
