Product Management
We are seeking a Product Manager – Endpoint and Password Management to join Enterprise Engineering Services. You will manage large-scale and complex technology products focused on improving the Network Services used across the entire Oracle employee population.
The role of the Product Manager is critical to the product's success at every stage of the lifecycle. The PM must understand the product's technical aspects and prioritize users' needs based on data analysis and deep understanding. Work as part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this role include:
Develop the strategy of network products through industry benchmarking, understanding, and key insights to inform a go-to-market strategy
Actively engage with key business partners to productize the service and successfully launch product to maximize customer adoption
Implement key performance indicators and data to measure the success of the product through all stages of the lifecycle process
Helping to oversee the design, development, and planning of how to market and promote the product to users
Defining product communication objectives
Analyze the competitive landscape and product roadmaps to understand the industry direction and plan competitive or innovative products
Providing management with analyses and reports and responding to questions and requests from key business partners
Specifying and overseeing the research needed to determine the needs and desires of customers
Develop and prioritize product roadmap based on user and company needs
Engage with users through feedback and ideation sessions to improve the overall product
Work with the technical project manager and service owners to ensure the success of the overall product line
Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in response to uncertain situations, directing changes through appropriate review and approval mechanisms.

Desired Skills and Experience:
3-10+ years of relevant experience delivering technical products and projects in a highly technical environment across enterprise networking capabilities with a technical understanding of endpoint/compute and password management
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) at different levels in the org
Self-driven problem solver; able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and customer-focused environment
Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly
BS or MS degree in CS or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
As a member of the product development division, you will define product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.

Hiring Range: from $70,400 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
