Job Description Commercial & Money Movement Solutions (CMS) is a key pillar of Visa’s revenue diversification strategy and will make a significant contribution in meeting Visa’s growth goal in the years to come. CMS includes Visa Commercial Solution (VCS), Visa Direct, Treasury as a Service (TaaS) and Visa Government Solutions (VGS).
Small Business (SB) forms a part of VCS and the Manager VCS SB, India & South Asia will implement the SB product strategy for India in an effort to grow the key performance indicators of cards, payments volume, total volume, market share, CCE penetration, international usage, and net revenue targets.

The Manager of Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) Small Business (SB), India & South Asia will reporting to Director, VCS, India and South Asia and will implement the SB product strategy for India in an effort to grow the key performance indicators of cards, payments volume, total volume, market share, CCE penetration, international usage, and net revenue targets.
The Product Manager's focus is to engage with large local financial institutions, neo-banks and Public Sector Banks (PSBs) to develop and implement agreed product initiatives. The product manager will be responsible for monitoring portfolio performance and recommend measures to accelerate portfolio growth, working with Visa internal stakeholders, client financial institutions and vendors. This person would also be responsible for support with new issuers that are looking to launch SB products and the local support sales team in their business development efforts.

Financial performance indicators for Business Debit and Credit products in India & South Asia, consisting of gross revenue targets, volume targets and ISA revenue targets.Adoption and scale up of platform benefits - number of benefits, usage rates and expense.Business metric performance for Business Debit and Credit products in India, consisting of cards-in-force, payments volume, international volumes, processed transactions and market share.Launch of initiatives on time, within budget in collaboration with multiple stakeholders in Visa.Country manager, country office and regional office peer feedback related to the development and implementation of strategies and programs for the Business Debit and Credit products business in India.Accuracy in managing expense forecasting.Tracking of competition activities and providing successful counters. Qualifications Masters or Bachelor’s degree in business administrationMinimum 8 years’ experience in Payments, Business/Retail Banking, Cards or Commercial/Consumer Financial Services. Understanding of digital trends, knowledge on SB and new age payment solutions is important.Should have handled responsibilities in product management. Should have a very sharp understanding of consumer behavior, product operations, business processes and revenue impact.Experience in sales and marketing is preferable.Competency in Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word and ability to interpret and extract data.Good understanding of Visa Products and services is a plus.
