As a Product Manager at Apple, you will hold dual product management and product marketing responsibilities. We are looking for a highly motivated Product Manager to join the Worldwide Product Marketing team to focus on advancing system experiences across iOS, iPadOS, and macOS. This person will drive marketing, strategy, and roadmap for core system experiences. This includes working both inbound and outbound to drive the development, introduction, maintenance, and obsolescence of features and technologies. This position works closely with engineering teams for OS platforms, as well as cross-functionally with human interface design, developer technologies, marketing communications, and public relations. 4+ years experience having led at least one product development cycle from concept to launch. Excellent oral and written communication skills. A track record working closely with engineering/technical teams, formulating product messaging, and creating outbound marketing. Strong ability to lead through influence, debate, and storytelling. The ability to see the big picture and be comfortable with ambiguity. A self-starter who is dedicated and demonstrates creative and critical thinking abilities. Proven communication skills. Press and media experience preferred. Willingness to travel.

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide marketing, as well as product and domain leadership for system experiences across iOS, iPadOS, and macOS. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: - Define product positioning and key product messages. - Collaborate with software engineering and product designers to define product roadmap and strategy. - Work with marketing communications, public relations, and events team to develop marketing materials, press releases, and product launch activities. - Negotiate and influence product trade-offs impacting schedule and user experience. - Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations to pursue in future products, and possess expert knowledge of competitive and 3rd party products. - Collect global customer, developer, and partner requirements for future product development. - Serve as an ambassador for features via press briefings and customer engagements.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $132,300 and $241,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
