　　The CVS Specialty Patient Experience and Digital Innovation team defines, develops, and implements pilots and innovative programs to create a differentiated experience for patients, improve and advance clinical care, and manage overall costs. 　　As a Senior Manager on the Specialty Innovation team, you will be responsible for multiple aspects of building a digital-first, best-in-class specialty pharmacy that improves health outcomes for specialty patients and the business. This role will include developing new and innovative programs and services from ideation to execution as well as managing existing clinical programs with a continuous improvement mindset. Particular emphasis would be on ideating and driving services, using data and analytics to gather insights and measure outcomes, product design, build and execution, and strategic partnerships with operations and digital stakeholders.

　　Pay Range

　　The typical pay range for this role is:

　　$79,200.00 - $170,800.00

　　This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
