Define and execute the vision and strategy for monday.com's integration infrastructure.
Manage and take full ownership on the product lifecycle from ideation to execution.Partner with the engineering team to understand the technical challenges and opportunities, ensuring the solutions are scalable and robust.Work closely with customer success, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure product-market fit.Map out potential integrations, prioritize based on user demand, market trends, and strategic importance.Ensure the user experience for setting up and managing integrations is intuitive and smooth.Motivate a group of some of the smartest, most committed, and fun people you've ever worked with.Set, track and analyze the KPIs to measure the success and impact of the integration efforts.
Your Experience & Skills
5+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS.Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.Strong technical background with an ability to address and solve complex integration challenges.You have strong communication skills and have the ability to explain the rationale of product decisions thoroughlyYou are analytical and experienced in working with qualitative insights and quantitative data to drive product decisions.You are a fast learner, adaptive, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - Advantagehttps://www.startupforstartup.com/back-to-the-roots-from-founding-a-startup-to-joining-one/
