　　The Prime Trading team is focused on developing world-class trading products that serve Institutional customers.  You will build user interfaces, algorithms and APIs that provide the gateway for the largest, most sophisticated financial firms in the world, from Investment Managers to Hedge Fund and Corporates, to participate in the crypto economy.  Ultimately, our team of product managers owns the end-to-end Coinbase Prime trading experience.

　　We are looking for a product manager to own large parts of the Prime Trading product experience and roadmap.   You’ll build a breadth of tools and features to help our clients plan, execute and analyze trades and internal teams operate our products. You’ll drive the strategy and execution for existing product surfaces that allow our clients to execute billion dollars of trading volume per week as well as envision and launch products that address new opportunities and client segments.

　　What you’ll be doing:

　　 Own the overall product strategy, development and success Develop customer and market insights to identify product opportunities, drive product strategy, and develop a roadmap Manage the entire product life cycle from opportunity identification and planning through execution and continuous improvement Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design and other partner teams to design and quarterback rapid delivery of new capabilities and features to clients Define and analyze metrics used to guide product development and measure success  Align teams and generate excitement around a shared vision and steer execution on that vision Clearly communicate plans & progress internally to partners, stakeholders, executive leadership and product benefits & functionality externally to clients What we look for in you:

　　5+ years of product management or product development experience or significant relevant domain expertise and a passion for learning new skills experience in finance, capital markets, or trading preferred Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management and organizational skills Deep analytical, prioritization and problem solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively with incomplete or ambiguous information Experience shipping new and iterating on successful products at scale Demonstrated leadership, ideally evidence of the ability to guide product strategy and create alignment with senior engineers, designers, and cross-functional partners Demonstrated passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and the Coinbase mission An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and succeed in a fast-paced environment Nice to haves:

　　$175,100—$206,000 USD
