　　Job Overview

　　TE Connectivity's Product Management Teams manage all aspects of a product, from driving new product development to manufacturing to marketing. They are responsible for overall product strategy, business leadership and capacity plans in order to meet sales and profit targets.

　　Tasks and Responsibilities

　　Drive global TPA (Target Profit Achievement) activities.Establish a regular drumbeat to foster cost work in NPD projects.Create full and frequent transparency on TPA progress towards target achievement.Lead global TERP activities (TE Revenue Pipeline) activities at Data Connectivity.Lead yearly target setting incl. regional alignment.Create full and frequent transparency on target achievement through regular reporting.Controlling of KPIs (e.g. CAPEX) to steer running business.Provide regular updates and give strategic guidance to management.

　　What your background should look like:

　　B.S. / B.A. degree in Engineering or Business degree.At least 3 years of experience in a project management or product management field.Experienced in project or product management and business processes.Strong business acumen & strategic mindset.Team-oriented working style as well as good interpersonal and communication skills.Strong problem solving, solution-oriented thinking.Good analytical skills.Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.Fluent language skills (oral & written) in English are required.
